Sponsor Proof First
Meet Sales Candidates Who Show Their Work First
Proof First teaches people to get sales jobs by sending finished work instead of a résumé. Every student builds a LinkedIn profile, three outreach pieces and a recorded mock call. Sponsors get in front of them early.
Six ways to sponsor
Sponsored cohort
For companies hiring SDRs and AEs. You fund a cohort of 10 to 20 students trained on your product, your accounts become their Live Lab, and you interview the ones who perform.
- Candidates who already pitched your product
- Their real outreach numbers, with their OK
- Your hiring process, your decision
Sponsored Live Lab account
For brands that need outreach to stores, gyms, cafés or other businesses. Students practice the work-first method on your real prospects, paid on commission when they close.
- Finished-work outreach to your prospect list
- Every first message reviewed before it goes
- Commission only on what closes
Tool partner
For sales software. Your tool where students learn to use one: the AI and CRM module, a sponsored free tool and the blog, with a trial for every student.
- Clearly labeled as sponsored
- Students become the people who pick tools
- Only tools we'd use ourselves
Red-Flag Certified listing
For agencies and companies hiring commission-only reps. List your roles to students after passing our own Comp Plan Red-Flag Checker.
- No fees to join, written terms, a payout timeline
- A certified badge on your listing
- Students who know what a fair offer looks like
Scholarship sponsor
For workforce programs, nonprofits, associations and employers. Fund seats for career switchers: servers, teachers, retail and support workers.
- Your name on the scholarship
- Recipients picked by short application
- A short report on what they built
Sana 90 in-kind sponsor
Tents, gear, power, internet and recovery for 12 people selling from the jungle for 90 days, on camera.
Why these candidates are different
They're taught by the person who hires the Dependables sales team. Before they apply anywhere, each student has:
- A LinkedIn profile that says what they sell
- A work-first email built for one real company
- A recorded mock discovery call
- A one-page account plan
- Their own outreach numbers from the tracker: sends, replies, meetings
Sponsor 90 days of sales in the jungle
Sana 90 is our live-in sales challenge: 12 people, 90 days, about 8,000 calls, in the Sana valley in Brazil's Atlantic Forest. It will be filmed. Brands that provide what the group lives and works with are on camera every day, used for real.
1. Where they live
Glamping tents and domes on our land by the waterfall, as a premium upgrade on the hotel or as the place we film. The brand becomes the home of Sana 90, with constant footage.
2. How they sell
Headsets, dialers, prospecting and call-review software, laptops. The product is on every one of the 8,000 calls.
3. Keeping the jungle online
Satellite internet and solar power. 12 people making 100 calls a day off-grid is a story these brands want to film.
4. Body and recovery
Sleep and strain wearables (a leaderboard next to the sales board), cold plunge and sauna, supplements, running shoes. The host's 5am routine is the shoot.
What a sponsor gets
In-kind
You provide the product. It's used on camera, every day, by all 12, and tagged in the posts it appears in.
Category
The only brand in your category, plus naming rights: "The ___ Sales Room," "The ___ Leaderboard," "Home of Sana 90."
Title
"Sana 90, presented by ___": the day-90 prize, the docuseries title card and the final leaderboard reveal.
Sponsored content is always labeled. Sponsors don't decide what the show says. Gear shipped to Brazil may carry import duties, so we'll plan sourcing together.
The rules we keep
- Sponsors don't buy candidates. Students choose whether partners see their work, and can say no any time.
- No student's details go to a sponsor without the student's OK.
- Students never pay to be considered for a sponsor's role, and the course never promises them one.
- Sponsored content is always labeled as sponsored.
